I’ve spent years working with leaders across industries, and one thing has become increasingly clear. We are asking leaders to navigate challenges that didn’t exist event five years ago.

Yet most leadership development still teaches people how to lead when everything is going according to plan.
But change doesn’t always knock politely. Sometimes it kicks the door down. When it does, we often times don’t rise to our goals, but rather we fall to our habits.
Built For Change was created because I believe change leadership isn’t a personality trait. It’s a skill.
And it’s a skill every leader can learn.
